Last nite, I had the pleasure of FINALLY meeting my future ex-husband (j/k) Manuel aka
AFTA-1.
This very talented brother hails from the west coast & his music embodies everything fun, sun, happy, and
LOVEly. Once again, I found myself in Hoboken, NJ at TONE's Live At the Loft series and this, time I came prepared :D Armed with my camera and my BYOB stash, we arrived to DJ Tara on the 1&2's doing her thang! I was excited to hear some new music and was not let down! AFTA-1's music sound like good vibes, we were blessed with some AMAZING new (and familiar) tracks that had heads bopping & feet stompin' for over an hour! There was even a guest appearance by
Jesse Boykins III! Needless to say, I was inspired to take some awesome flix :) Hope y'all dig 'em.
